Made to Order

Ready to Ship
Made to Order items take a processing time of 4-8 weeks, per item. The date your item is scheduled to start, will be the beginning of your processing time.
Please note there may be variations in made to order items, especially due to change in yarn type, or custom one-of-a-kind designs.
For hats/bonnets/hoods, socks, and sweaters please provide the following measurements in inches or centimeters:
Head measurement(s): circumference, front to back, forehead, ear to ear, temple to temple, and nape of neck.
Foot & leg measurement(s): length of foot, toe circumference, ankle circumference, leg length.
Body measurements: neck circumference, upper arm circumference, wrist circumference, chest/bust circumference, waist circumference, upper bust circumference, arm length, body length (from armpit to hip bone, back neck width, shoulder width, armhole depth, and back width.
Included in your made to order service: up to two free adjustments, to ensure fit. Request for adjustment must be made within 10 days of receiving your item.
Ready to ship orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Sizing information will be available on the listing.
Refunds & Returns
Refund & Return Policy:
*All cancelled or returned orders. Will be subject to a $10 processing fee.
*Shipping & handling cost are non-refundable. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
*Made to Order items are subject to an additional 50% refund fee.
*Ready to Ship items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Refund is subject to the $10 processing fee. Shipping & handling costs will also be deducted from the original payment.
*Damaged (smoke smell, holes, burns, water) items are non-refundable.
