*Ready to Ship items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Refund is subject to the $10 processing fee. Shipping & handling costs will also be deducted from your payment.

*Damaged(smoke smell, holes, burns, water) items are non-refundable.

*Made to Order items take a processing time of 4-8 weeks, per item. The date your item is scheduled to start, will be the beginning of your processing time.

*Please note there may be variations in made to order items, especially for custom designs*

*Ready to ship orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

*All items are made using soft wool, wool blend, cotton, or cotton blend yarn.

*Yarns may be hand-dyed, local, and/or ethically sourced.

*Hand-dyed yarns have variations in color due to the dye process.
